Moving to DUBAI while ITA in process

Hi guys,

I am an Indian living in India from 28 Years. My ITA is in process and I got a job offer from a company in Dubai that I couldn't refuse.
Please tell me, how do i proceed further with my PR application :

1. Where do I do my medicals and Police Check ? Come back to India and then do it or do it from Dubai itself ?
2. Will the chance of getting PR reduce if I have a connection to UAE ?
3. Any other important factors that i need to know ?

Have you already submitted your eAPR?

If you have submitted your eAPR, you can move to Dubai and inform CIC that you have moved through a CSE.

If you are yet to submit your eAPR, submit everything and then move and follow the step above.

If you are yet to submit your eAPR and want to do it after your move, then get a PCC from india after you have left india. You won't need a PCC from Dubai as it would have been less than 6 months but during the processing time, CIC can request a PCC from Dubai and that is their discretion.

The easiest option is to submit everything and then get on with your life.
