Hi everyone,

I worked as Restaurant General Manager for a Fastfood restaurant in United Kingdom for 5 years(workpermit/fulltime). I have a Bachelors degree in Accountancy and now I am in US with my wife who works as Healthcare worker. I am here on H4 visa and she is on H1B visa. Even though her profession is in demand in US we know NOW that it would take several years to see greencard. Now she does not want to come to Canada and take all the exams again(which is 100% fair and right). With my experience is it advisable to come on a student visa and do a masters degree in Hotel Management and apply for immigration. I am trying to see if i can get a work visa in Canada but the job market in 2009 is terrible when I am talking to the recruiting agencies in Canada.

Please advise.
God bless

Regards.
