Moving post application submission

So my friend got her ITA friday but she's moving to another country at the beginning of october. What is the best thing to do.

Option 1
Submit the application now and inform cic of the move after?

Option 2
Wait till she moves in october and submit the application then

Option 3
Submit the application now and use the address she will be living at in October?

Has anyone been in this situation before?

I was in this situation. Submitted my application inside Canada in May, and move back home in July because my work permit expired. I have sent CIC a Case specific inquiry letting them know that I have moved.
They didn't say nothing until now.

I guess the best option would be submitting the documents ASAP. She will have the option of updating her address online once she has access to eCAS.

Hello guys,

I am planning to move to a different province in couple of weeks. Can any one let me know if CIC asks to me provide them with new address proof or I should go ahead and submit a case specific enquiry along with some documents showing my new address. You valuable feedback is highly appreciated.

Itdid mine on ecas, took about a week before the new address showed up.

The address in ECAS changed for you? Mine didn't change, and I have submitted a CSI almost two months ago. Should I send another one? I'm outside the country now so I can't even contact CIC by phone.
