Need inputs on moving permanently to Canada, after soft landing.

1. We did our soft landing in May 2018 and moving permanently in Dec 2019. We dont anymore possess, most of the items we listed in our "good to follow" list. We aren't actually bringing anything much valuable but will probably be sending a pack of my child's toys in courier. Does this need to be declared? When you travel with your pr card for the first time, do you need to declare what you are bringing. Any forms to prepare before travel??

2. I am the primary applicant of our EE application but my husband is travelling on his PR card alone. I am pretty sure that's not a problem but would like to confirm and if any other doc he needs to take along?

1. It is fine to not bring all the items that you declared. Unless the toys are expensive, they should mostly be fine with customs.
2. No worries
