Moving out of canada after ITA received under CEC.

Hi, I received an ITA under CEC in today's draw. I met the CEC criteria of 12 months work in the last 3 years. I am expected to work on the same project from India in about 1-2 months from now. I will plan to submit my application before I leave Canada, provided I have my PCC from india in time. Here are my questions -


1. Can I leave Canada after submitting my application?
2. If I don't have my PCC in time, can I submit my application from outside canada?
3. If I submit application from canada and move out of the country, how should I inform about change in contact information to CIC ( address and phone no.) - a web form?


Please also advice me on the other things I may need to take care of in my situation.

You can submit your application from any country and you can move to any country you like after you have submitted your application.

Yes, you must use a webform to inform CIC of your new contact details.

@dan_and I have one more question. I see that indian pcc is taking a lot of time these days. If i choose to submit the application outside canada, do i need canada pcc in my application?
