Moving from Sole Proprietorship to Incorporation

Hi,

I have a question and I was looking forward to get some feedback on it.

I have a sole proprietorship. Now I was looking to convert it to a Federal Incorporation with office in Ontario. I already have an MBL under a sole proprietorship and a Name which is "ACME Technology" . Now when I want to do a name search, I already see this "ACME Technology".
