Yes. This is possible, however you will need to complete the portion of the sponsorship application that was waived as a Québec applicant. In particular, you will need the Option-C from Revenue Canada, and you will probably need to complete a new IMM-1344.
Your CSQ, if you have already applied for and received one, will no longer be valid.
