Moving from Ontario to Quebec while PR is still in process under CEC

Hi Everyone,
I need your help please!

I came to Toronto in 2014 after 2 years of studies, I got my PGWP and started working in Jan 2017, now I have applied to PR under CEC but I didn't received any invitation yet. My problem is I'm planning to go back to school in September and I got the admission in Montreal. If I move from Ontario to Quebec will it affect my PR application? will it be rejected because I'm not living in ON anymore? I didn't apply for CAQ yet as I don't know what to do. I'm not planning to leave in Quebec though, I just want to go there to study as most of the university there are cheaper than the one in Ontario.

You will have to convince the processing officer of your intention to reside outside the province of Quebec.

Thank you for your reply but do you have any idea about what happen in most of the cases? In case I say I'm only there to study is that enough of proof? I'm sorry for all these questions, I'm just trying to take the best decision regarding this issue
