Moving from BC to Montreal

I'm currently a LMIA closed work permit holder in BC. Initially, I've planned to apply for bcpnp. But now plan have changed. I would like to know if there's an option to move to Montreal at all? One thing I don't speak french. Many thanks.

Is there a reason you want to move to Montreal? Do you have an employer with an LMSiA and have you applied for another work permit?

Bs65 yes I've read the link. There's some requirements I don't quite understand. Is French a must for permanent or temporary work visa?

canuck78 The reason being that me and my boyfriend decided to move forward in our relationship. And he's from Quebec. So we are discussing about option if I could move to Montreal. I only have the current LMIA close work permit with current employer in BC, didn't apply for another work permit.
