No. It's a change of address that all. You need to notify the CIC. Ahead of time preferably. They will transfer your application to the office closest to you.

How early i need to inform ? I will be moving some where 2nd or 3rd week of June.

Personal Opinion: Inform them couple of weeks before (3 weeks?). But you could also call the CIC and let them know about your situation. Maybe they will guide you.

I also recommend that you call after you have moved to verify your address change. There are more than a few stories of people getting test invites or official correspondence at old addresses.

If I would you i'd not raise any alarm to CIC with respect to move. Once you move to BC, notify CIC of address change. There is a possibility that if you inform CIC now, then CIC may not process your application from now until June.. but that is my guess....

Also could you please comment on the possible impact(such as delay in processing) of such an address change (to a different province ) , especially in the very early stage of processing ?
I might have to move from AB to ON, but I think my file has not yet been transferred to Calgary office.
