Hello,
I have been so far 6 months in Canada (Quebec province). I could not get any job even with the help of the employment agencies here.
I am thinking to explore other opportunities in Ontario. I believe Windsor is one of the places, what do you think? How is the job market? Is starting a small commerce a good idea?
I was in the USA for 7 years before I came to Canada. I have an MBA from there and experience in administration. Do I have to start a professional training in Windsor to get into the market place? any known and accredited institution?
Your input is appreciated.
Thank you... :)

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Before you pick a place to move to, I think you should try to apply online in all provinces and travel to interviews. If you find a decent job somewhere, that's where you'd move to.

I seriously doubt applying online to jobs in other provinces will turn in any good results. Most likely it'll be a waste of your time. If you're really desperate, move to Alberta where I am sure you can get minimum wage jobs.

Thanks for your advice. I could not find a job online so I have to choose a place and then look for a job.

I agree but Albeta is so cold and snowy in the winter. I still think Windsor may be a good option. Thank you much

Has anyone SEEN the weather reports for Ontario this winter?? Don't kid yourself that Alberta is colder or snowier. LOL. Back on topic, why did you originally choose to settle in Quebec? If you were accepted on a Provincial Nominee programme you would be wise to save evidence of all your job hunting incase you are ever questioned about moving to another province. If you came as a PR, you have no worries.

Okay. So you come here looking for advice, but you already made up your mind. I love people like you.

I think you should listen to my Nemesis corazon3 and move to Alberta.

But you are obviously very rich and can make another stupid mistake. No problem... .when you do fail you will have no one but yourself to blame.

For the love of God, do not go to Windsor. It and London are famous for their economic haplessness. How did you happen to choose this place? There are certain jobs in Alberta, and they pay better than minimum wage. If you go to southern Ontario, your only hope of employment will be to replace a local who has moved to Fort McMurray.
