Moved to Quebec from Saskatchewan for the job

Hello,

I have just moved to Quebec from Saskatchewan for my new job. I was in Saskatchewan for 2 years for my Masters program and did a job for 5 months. And then got a job in Quebec which was better than the previous one. I don't speak French and my engineering job doesn't really require me to speak French (that's why I got the job despite of not speaking French). I currently hold a work permit which is valid for two years.
Now, my question is:
1. Can I apply for the CEC (Canadian Experience Class) once I have a total of 12 months of Canadian Experience (5 months in Saskatchewan + 7 months in Quebec)?
In the cic website it is written that I can apply for CEC provided that I intend to live outside Quebec. This is not clear to me. I have no intention to live in Quebec for longer period. If I can find a job in Ontario, I will move right away. But in the meantime, can I apply for CEC?

I think it'll be hard for you to prove you don't intend to live in Quebec. You said you'd move to ON right away if you could find a job there, but how would you prove this to them? They can't know if you'll be able to find a job in ON or not...

Maybe it's better to try Quebec's PR program? I mean you have a job there (I assume permanent?) so it's easy to prove your ability and intention to settle there. Not being able to speak French could be an issue, though.

Well, I considered about applying for Quebec's PR program. But as you mentioned, not knowing French can be a problem. Can somebody suggest me options for Quebec's PR program in my case?

Thanks

I'd say don't waste money on lawyer. As you get closer to completing 12 months of experience, start applying for jobs outside Quebec and move asap.
