moved to india from usa while canada pr in process, nw asked for more documents

Hi all, I moved down to India from US after applying for the Canadian PR in march 2009. The visa is still processed in seattle and now they ask for more documention ie tax cert, current employer details etc. I am not sure wht would happen now as I am not in usa anymore, I was working there on h1b and now my h1b has also been cancelled. I moved to india back in oct 2009 due to family reasons. I did give them my relatives address of usa, pretending that i m in usa. If i tell them that i m in india and current employer is also in india, would they transfer my application to delhi (India), i really do nt want my application to get transferred to india, as it takes lot of time 3-6 yrs. what should i tell them so they process my application in a normal manner. I will send all the docs that r asked for, but i m hesitating to tell them that i m in india and working here in india rather than usa. kindly suggest me something, or if anyone of u has gone under same situation. i have 30 days to be able to send all the paper works from here to seattle. kindly share asap,,,and thanks in advance,,,,i really need ur help.... u must tell true other wise u ll get trouble from them.....right now u r in india ..it is ok...no problem.....u have no other way to tell them true...for example if u ll say them i m in usa and working in usa company ..means u have to send experience letter for usa based company...right....then canadian embassy ll verify ur experince letter from ur usa based employer ..then ur employer ll tel about u ..u r not working now....then do u know ...what ll happen with u..they ll think u told a lie..and they ll reject ur case...take care for telling a lie...so u have this way to tell them i m right now in india and working this company ....but u urself donot request them to transfer ur case let them decide what should they do in this situaltion...in addition u must tell me them i ll back to usa very soon after completing this assignment etc ( else othe what u fell better) and "u must say i was in trouble so i could not inform u about my job in inida actually it is rule what happens in ur status u must inform but u did not inform them ...." i know ur situation but u must know that one ( lie is key of rejection ur case) ....right now even u can check the time line CHC inida for fast track cases.... i think u can get PR in india one year late than usa..so donot take risk about ur case ....it is my advise tell me true whether they ll transfer ur case or not.....in both situation u must tell them true...let them decide whether ur case ll be transfered to CHC india or not ..i think they ll process ur case in usa becuase they ll verify ur other things through proper channel ( chc usa ll ask chc inida for verifcation so donot worry i think) ..main think is that u donot need to request for transfer ..............hope u ll get some idia from my post ...
