Thanks for your reply. I wish my lawyer told me that but she was enthusiastic about how it doesn't matter. Would on the other hand my experience in Canada count, even though I got paid as a "contractor"?

Or on the other hand, does my job offer need to be in my primary occupation?

I see now what I did wrong. I chose my primary occupation as the one I got a job offer in. So I should technically be able to apply if I change my Primary Occupation to the one I have work experience in and go with the different NOC of my job offer? If this works you are my HERO, thank you!
