Move Vancouver to Quebec ?

Hi Friends,
I am working in Vancouver as carpenter and holding work permit. I am planning to apply Montreal, is it to get the work permit and PR there.
if yes what are the requirements?

it will likely be hard to get a work permit or a job without being able to speak French in construction. If you work in something like IT language is less of an issue.

Is it easy to learn ? And what about PR?

Like any language you would have to study very hard for at least a year to maybe be competent. Takes others and adults much longer. Not sure how you will qualify for your work permit or get a job in Quebec without being bilingual especially in the construction field.

Have you looked at the Quebec skilled worker program to see if you would qualify without speaking French? I assume you don't have multiple degrees because that also factors into it. Family in Quebec? Is there a reason you want to move to Quebec? I'm not quite understanding why you would leave your employer in BC if you already have an LMIA. How long have you worker there and have you looked at whether you qualify to apply for PR. I would suggest you do some more research.
