Good morning,

Me and my kids are Canadians but my husband isn't.
Currently we are living abroad by we are planning to move back to Canada soon.

We have two choices, apply for sponsorship and immigration for my husband then move to Canada
OR me and my girls move to Canada by next year and apply the paper work while i am living there (so ill be using the IN CANADA forms) and then my husband moves with us when the paper work finishes and he finishes his work here.

what do you advice?

Thank you for time,

Where are you staying at now with your husband?

If you decide to move to Canada with your kids you will still use the Outland sponsorship forms as the sponsorship is for your husband and he is still outside of Canada.

If you live outside of Canada while the application is processed the visa office may ask you for good proofs that you intend to return to Canada when the application is finished. For me the examples the asked were: A job offer, Communication with Realestate agent and mortgage broker, Proof of funds and bank account in Canada, insurance for my wife when she arrived.

Great thank you all,

My Husband has applied already for a visiting visa but its been almost 3 months now and still no reply.

I am living with my husband and my two kids in Qatar. The plan is to move to Canada for school (thats why i said next year).
But my husband is abit hesitant because of his job here.

That is why I was wandering if its best that i move there and finish the paper work while i am there and when he gets the PR he can move
with us.

I read what you send about Dual Intent, So can you please explain to me again what should i do in this case?
Since we already applied for a visiting visa, should i just go ahead and apply atleast for the sponsorship approval and move to Canada.
Or is there another form that i should also do to make it easier for my husband to enter canada while the papers are being processed?

thank you,
Appreciate it your help and advice
