I am currently near the end of the process to get permanent residency with sponsorship from my Canadian Fiance. The latest thing we did was get RCMP fingerprints checks done.
My fiance is moving back to Canada from UK in May and I am hoping to go with her then - But am I able to go with her if my application hasnt yet been approved? Also I wonder what happens if I am required to get an interview in UK? Would the application continue as normal if I moved to Canada, or should I wait here in UK until I am approved?

The likelihood of you being called for interview are very small. You can return to Canada as a visitor but be careful about the language you use at the border if you haven't been approved yet as you are only entering as a visitor. Turning up with all your worldly goods without COPR in hand, saying that you are moving permanently might cause you some issues especially if you get a grumpy officer. They will be able to see you have a PR app in the system thopugh so that would hopefully help in your favour.

You would also have to change your address with CIC to ensure that you received your COPR in Canada. I've read a few cases where the COPR has been sent to the old address which can cause a lot of stress.
