Mother's visitor visa rejected

Hello,

I wanted suggestion regarding my mother's visitor Visa application. I have applied my mother visitor visa twice first time it got rejected due to a missing document and second time it was rejected stating strong family ties in Canada and that she will leave after the period of visa ends. She is a single parent and I am on my work permit here and my brother is on PR with his family.

1. 
   Since my brother was here
   from only couple of months. I invited my mother as I am here since 3 years.
   
   We gave all the below mentioned documents.
   1. Invitation Letter
   2. Letter from employer
   3. My mother's leave application accepted by her employer.
   4. Property evaluation documents
   5. Other liquid and fixed assets
   6. My T4 and Bank statements
   
   Can anyone please suggest what could be the best option. Should I improvise her profile and apply for trv or apply for her supervisa.

How long a visit did she request? Her ties to Canada are very strong and that's something she will need to work hard to overcome.

Thank you @scylla for you prompt response. We applied visa for April 5th to April 26th. She had also given a NOC from her employer regarding the same. Can you please confirm if is more reliable to apply for supervisa instead of visitor visa. Does it makes any difference?

She can apply for a super visa, however she will still have to overcome the refusal reasons listed in the TRV regarding ties to Canada.

For the first 2 points I do understand how to improvise the applications. However for third point we are not sure what could be the reason of as we gave the below details.

1. Bank Savings account: $30,000 /-
2. FD's : $80,000 /-
3. Yearly salary : $20,000 /-

Can you please suggest how we can improve our application as far as third point is concerned.

Do you mean rupees or dollars? because if its dollars then with this info there should be no issues.

@Samy.K It is in dollars. However they still gave us this reason. I have applied for the gcms notes. To have a better understanding.

1. Your brother cannot apply to host your mom on a super visa until he is able to prove that meets the income eligibility criteria (at least one NOA).

2. With your entire family in Canada, your mom's family ties to Canada outweigh those to her home country.

3. She would need to demonstrate exceptionally strong ties to her home country to improve her chances of a TRV approval.

4. When is she likely to retire? Does she handle unique work responsibilities that none of her coworkers can do?

5. Do the financial investments and bank balance match your mom's income? Her bank balance and FDs don't match her income

She will retire in 2024 and still has 6 years of job left. Also as per her company policy she cannot take retirement before 2024 and must complete her job. Also she has additional retieral benefit.

Yes, actually the money shown in FD's and other investments were done by the money we got as a compensation by the company after my dad expired. We did not borrow it.

Can you please suggest that a strong letter of explanation stating these details should help.
Also do you think if we should apply for her visitor Visa or Supervisa ? Me and my brother both qualify the LICO.

Your mom must include evidence of this compensation, paid through bank transfers of course. Hopefully it was not paid as cash.

The good thing is me and my brother both meet the LICO. However since she is working is it a good idea to apply supervisa or visitor Visa would be a better option considering she is working and would not be able to stay for long duration.

Your brother has only recently moved to Canada, right? Does his NOA prove he meets LICO (not based on his employment letter)? Anyways

If your mom intends to visit for short stays then you'll need to work harder to prove she has established ties + finances for a TRV

Yeah actually based on his employment letter, if we intend to apply for supervisa. It shall only be by next year.

Also just wanted to confirm, can working parents apply for supervisa, like my mom can stay for up to 6 months on special request at her work. However the visa officer might interpret that her work is not that important to her.

If her leave approval letter mentions a visit of 6 months, she could be issued a TRV instead of a super visa. And, yes, it might seem like her employment ties are not strong
