Mother's surname different in documents

Hi ,

I am going apply for visa for Jan 2020 through SDS.
My mother name in all her official documents like bank account, passport and ITR and Form 16 is SHAHIDA KHATOON.
However in my documents it is SHAHIDA ZAIM. ( Zaim is my father's first name)

Can anyone help me how to deal with this

No worry visit nearest judiciary office and make a personal affidavit of ur mother.this affidavit give guarantee to immigration
