Mother's name at birth with no last name IMM 5669?

So IMM 5669 asks for applicant's mother's Family Name at birth and given names, since applicant's mother didn't have any last name until she got married, so I just put her name as it was before marriage/at birth in both the fields of Family Name(s) at birth and Given Name(s) and wrote a small note in LOE explaining the situation, is this okay?
