Mother on supervisa and sponsorship question

Hi I submitted an application for parental sponsorship for my parents. My mom is presently on a super Visa in Canada. My dad is in his home country.
I expect to get the PR for them before my mom's supervisa expires.

The question is after we receive our passports back from IRCC, does my mom have to leave Canada and reenter to get the PR? Keep in mind that my dad is back in his home country.
