I received my ITA on 15th April
(husband,wife, one kid)
Got nomination from SINP
AOR 23rd May
Medical done
worried
I am mother of special child who is blind and has other physical and mental challenges. She is depended for her daily life activities. But she doesnot require any medications. She is taking two medicines before bed time for last 5 years.
Will IRCC reject my application on medical grounds?
Should i expect PFL?
Should i hire lawyer if i get PFL?
Anyone who has same case and get PR

It's hard to say. It will really depend on the extent of your child's other physical and mental challenges. There are a number of factors IRCC will consider when assessing your child such as if she can attend a normal school without support, what extra medical check ups she needs yearly, if she needs any assistive devices, what other support she or your family may need. Cases are very individual and it's very hard to compare to someone else.

If the extent of your child's challenges are significant, then you should probably plan for the fact that IRCC may send a PFL and start preparing information for a response now. I would not hire a lawyer now. However if you do get a PFL, I would certainly hire a good immigration lawyer to help you with the response.

Good luck.

thank you very much for quick reply
I believe they will not reject my application immediately and give me chance to explain.

Will nomination from province is going to play any role in this?
As i read in one post that they will check saskatchwen health system if it supports my daughter case or not.

No, having provincial nomination does not play a part in determining medical admissibility.
