hello i am a sep 2010 applicant. due to some reason my case was processed in 2 december 2012.

As per email enquiry reply on 21.04.2012. they stated that my application cannt be processed further as i have not submitted few documents required to be submiited as per email dated 20.01.2012( which i have not received and i have conveyed to them as well). upon my second request to send me a list of required document on 14.5.2012. they again replied that "as we have not received certain document as per email sent on 20.01.2012 your case cannt be processed further. also you have 15 days time to submit these document otherwise your case may be refused

i tried to contant them through telephonically they replied that they have stopped interecting with the applicant through telephone...if u have any question either email it or mail it.....how could i send them a document if i dont know what is to be submitted

That is what i have done and doing it time and again...now they have fixed these 15 days time but have not disclosed what was written in that letter

Ask them clearly what are the documents missing. No harm if you tell them to specifically mention the documents detail. Best of luck

Do you have tracking record of that courier company which you used to send you documents? If you have then attached tracking result with your CSE.

Dear...it is the document sent by visa office to me in question....that i have not received..they proclaimed that they have sent it through email whereas i have checked both spam and inbox there is not such mail from them

Bro, I know this is a tuff situation to be in. I would recommend you send them an email specifically stating that you have not recieved the email from them and this could be due to some technical snag and you appreciate them communicating with you .

Requets if they can consider resending the same to you and you will be obliged. Politely and humbly request them to send you another email.
Also, ask them on the same mail , if they can let you know what documents are needed and you will have them sent across to them at the earliest.

I know I may not have given the best answer here, but In my opinion, thats the best bet for now. Dont delay...Shoot them an email right away.

I second you. Please don't forget to add "Urgent" in the subject.

In my opinion, they might ask you to send updated forms and docs, if any. By this time, don't forget to prepare those.

Have you received any update from CIC regarding document checklist.

And also put your whole e cas status here.as members want to know that was anything mentioned about that letter in your ecas or not.

Dear, just book the appointment with DMP which is near to you, if not available take appointment with DMP in neighboring state( You might have to travel long journey)...Do it asap... and also consult with DMP he/she may advise you....and while sending your document please attach the covering letter forwarded by VO for a 15 days extension...
