Dear Ms. Morin,
You have been scheduled to attend an interview at the Embassy at xxxxxxxxx. If you are unable to attend your interview due to extraordinary circumstances, please advise the Embassy immediately.
If you do not speak Russian, English or French, you must bring your own interpreter (not a relative) to the interview. You are required to confirm your attendance for the interview at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date by sending a fax to +7(495)925-6090 or by email mosco-immigration@international.gc.ca. If you bring an interpreter to the interview, you should also send us his/her name along with the confirmation of your attendance for the interview.
Failure to attend an interview, or to bring an interpreter who meets the above requirement, or to bring the documents below (if they are applicable) may result in the refusal of your application.
Below is the list of documents you should bring at the interview. Do not send any of these documents to the Embassy. If any documents are in Canada you should receive them by mail in advance and bring with you to the interview.
