Hello ,

Just wanted to know if its possible to get a mortgage with US credit history and employment . What are the requirements

1. What should be the down payment ?
2. Can HELOC can be applied to match 20% /35% if needed ?
3. Term

Please let me know if this is possible ?

US credit history and employment doesn’t carry over to Canada.
