Mortgage overseas income

Hi, we're newly landed PRs and we're looking into buying a house in Toronto. Our question is, is it possible to obtain a mortgage if we earn an overseas wage? We can put down around 40% of our price range. Thanks.

Check with your banker to see if you qualify for the mortgage

If you are paying 40% down you can get mortgage easily if u show oversease income.
