More than 20 hours on my cheque and I don’t know what to do

My employer has been “accidentally” underpaying me for the last 3 paychecks and I’ve mentioned it everytime, after threatening legal action she has agreed to pay me what I am owed and fix the payroll system, but in order to pay me what I am owed she is adding hours to my next cheque as a solution. My issue is that I am currently starting a new semester (I’m already in the second week) and I told her that I can’t have more than 40 hours on my next cheque (the equivalent of 20hrs/wk) but she is still going to add the hours so I get the money I am owed. How do I declare this to the IRCC or my bank?

Your situation is justifiable and you can explain when you apply for pgwp. you need evidence like letter from employer how they fix this issue resulting to more than 20hrs/week

Your employer is doing this deliberately, it seems, to ruin your case.
