At the medical exam will I need my regular doctor's contact information with me?

Do I need to bring copies of my prescriptions with me?

Are there gynecological questions and do they ask or care about how recently your last examination was?

You don't need your current doctors info, and they don't really care when your last check-up was.

The panel physician will ask you some standard questions like if you are on any current medicine or prescriptions, if you use drugs, etc etc.
