On December 8, IRCC asked me to provide more information using IRCC webform. I've done that on the same day and got an email of confirmation after 3 days saying "We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration".
However, I kept checking my application status but nothing has changed as it showing below! also I checked my cic account and the last update says "Medical results have been received on November 4".

Permanent Residence

  1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 6, 2019.
  2. We sent you medical instructions on October 24, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  3. Medical results have been received.
  4. We sent you correspondence on December 4, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
What should I do to make sure the the officer have got the required information as there is a deadline "January 04" and i'm afraid this will effect my application incase if the documents has not been delivered?

I believe it will surely be delivered. If you know the office handling your application, for example, Inland or oversea. To clear any doubt, you can write the office via email , to inform them and confirm the receipt of the said documents. It may take Immigration some time to update the timeline.

Yes. Ircc will put a bring forward date of 30 days from the date of the letter they sent to u. Your file will pop up in their queue on January 8th and hopefully an officer will review it on or soon after that date.
