Hi

I applied in oct 2013 for my PR
Then I received medical request and after few days I receiced another email saying they can not check our website and see database to see the nature and size of my employer..

I am worried but I included business license and somencontracts as well as my pay stubs and t4. But still worried... anything else I meed to include in this file? Please help me

Could you please share your timeline? Dont worry, just send them the docs to prove company size and nature. They are just checking and want to confirm.....

they are requesting extra information which is a positive sign.

just provide them and it should be fine.

what exactly do they want?

they are asking for the total business your company generates in a financial year.

your employer will have these details.

nature is what you see on the business license.
 
So do I have to get business bank information and financial statements from my boss? Will he give them to me?
 
If you have your LMO, the LMO should include those, or you can get some print outs from the company website, and mention the company website in your reply
 
I have same issue after issuing medical they want proof that i am working as supervisor.

I got the exact same request but mine came before the medical request. I provided them a letter from employer, my letter, business licence, certification of incorporation, company profile, t4, noa, pay slips, commercial lease agreement.

After 3 weeks, I received a medical request. It was yesterday. that 3weeks waiting was the hardest time in my life in canada.

No. But if the company has an annual report, that would be good, in addition to some of the stuff mentioned above by KevinSong.
 
I still havent received my NOA so i cant include that...

what do I write in the company profile?

:( I got my medical request but this email is stressing me,,, sad

YOU don't write the company profile. Either find one that has already been written and published somewhere, or ask your boss to write it.
