Hi. Guys. I kindly request your feedback on my situation. After more than a year of passing the test and being pre rq. We did the second finger prints. I have received a letter requesting my personal health records. Color passport copies and emplyment records for the period starting 2008 to 2011. Though i was not here during 2008 . but lived from 2009 todate and all that is mentioned in the rq reply. Applied in aug 2012. Rq 2013 and fingerprints. Test in 2014. Atip shows my phiscal residence is 1139 and i have fulltime job. Can anyone shed some light on this situation please

Is it form CIT520? If so this is a small RQ which specifically asks you to provide some documents to make decision on your file. This is a good news and please send all possible documents If you do not have something send them a cover letter stating why you could not provide it.
Have you landed in 2008, left for a year and come back for good in 2009? That could be one reason for asking documents since 2008. If you landed in 2009, don't bother about this inconsistency; it will be clear from passport copies assuming you still have the passport used when landed.injau said:
