When you go for PR you have to list relatives in Canada and outside of the country, I guess they would find out at the federal stage.
 
Please can someone in the house answer this question.
On the form I summited for morden immigration, where we have prove of funds, there is 1=cash,. 2=property/House,. 3=others.I have a house that worth $40,000 so I thick number 2.
My question now is, will my house valuation report serve as a proof of funds thanks.
 
On the Morden eligibility page it says that you must have settlement funds as required by MPNP.
The MPNP states that the funds must be available and 3 months of bank statements are required.

It was checked during my Skype interview with the Morden program co-ordinator that my funds were accessible.

I don't think house funds would count, perhaps if the sale was in progress? I would expect that you would at least need a proper valuation done as proof.

Good luck. We are at least three people so far which I know. Let's see who gets selected. I have applied for the third time. Was rejected twice....
