Moratorium has been lifted but still there are some confusion on the process of application who applied before moratorium imposed. I am one of them been offered job and applied before moratorium.
How these changes going to affect my application and how long it will take to get decision on application, I hope I will get positive reply from immigration department.
I know everybody support that Canadian must be first but with that government should not forget the contribution of foreign workers in the development of country.

It depends on whether or not your employer was given a positive LMO before the moratorium and whether or not it has expired since then. If your employer's LMO was positive (named or unnamed), then it can be used to get a work permit. If a decision was still pending at the time, then the LMO application was scrapped and your employer got their refund for all the positions they were applying for. My employer just contacted me the other day to let me know that my name is being added to his LMO post-moratorium.

Send your application for your work permit extension right away and explain that your name is currently in the process of being placed on the LMO. You'll be on implied status.

Hi. I have same case with you. My LMO was applied last January 2014 last week. My employer was interviewed last may and was requested to readvertise with some additional job descriptions on the advertisement suggested. The moratorium was lifted now and there are changes, what do you think will happen to their applications now? Anyone who has same case with mine? Please share. I am a live in caregiver applicant from the Philippines.

The moratorium never applied to live-in caregivers.
