I think so too we are unlucky with this office but we cant control it. Ecopr took more than 2 months for me and now the wait for pr card seems like forever lolz.

Same, eCOPR took 3.5 months for me ...... I just want this process to be over, can't stand the waiting game especially when other VO are handing out eCOPR and pr card within days.

I have called them a number of times they say we are raising an enquiry but nothing happens. My application status in gc key and portal is a mess. I dont know how they work.

Of course, I physically went to service Canada with the eCOPR and received it on the spot. I also updated Medicare with my eCOPR.

I received my PR CARD last week. Processing center is Sydney NS. See my signature for timeline.
I am guessing you guys should not use PO BOX as your address. IRCC will not deliver it to PO BOX.
