AOR- Aug 31st with Visa Office as CIO Nova Scotia
Medical Passed:Sept *** 2018
Application approved: Nov *** 2018 (I had no idea it was approved and I did not get PPR
Married: Dec 15th 2018 and informed CIC and they said nothing
Got PPR: Jan 14th 2019.... CIC asked to submit my passport but I refused and said I wanted to include my spouse in my application
File got moved to Montreal Feb 02nd with my spouse added and PPR cancelled
Address in April to fill Spouse questionnaire and some other forms
Address in July for my wife to go do her Bio-metrics
Landing Interview request on August 09th for August 22nd in Vancouver (the landing interview did not come from a Montreal or Vancouver Email. it came from a WST-landing-enquiries Email address
Ordered 2 GCMS notes and made lots of calls between January and now cos the silence was deafening after I got PPR the first time and they stopped talking to me or did not say anything.
Ps: My wife has tried applying to come to Canada on four different occasions in the past 3 years and she was denied temporary visas so i was on edge about it all

Congratulations!!

My file was being processed in Montreal VO until recently. I got to know yesterday that my file was transferred to the local immigration office in Calgary. Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have an idea about the processing times of Calgary VO?

I don't know about Calgary, but mine was moved to Winnipeg a couple months ago.
I don't think it's a fast office, but I think anywhere but Montreal is better. Good luck.

My case is exactly like yours.
AOR - May 16, 2019
MEP - June 22
Biometric Submitted - July 12
Criminality - passed

Most important -
SECURITY
ELIGIBILITY

not started yet. (Indian Passport, USA Residence, FSW-O)
Mine case is also same as yours. Did you get any updates?

Any idea at what stage file transferred to another VO?

My AOR is Jan 25. MEP on March 7, biometrics completed on March 19. According to the response I got from the web form query, my eligibility is under process and the background verification hasn't started yet.

AOR Feb 17, 2019, Med passed April 5, Bio Completed April 12, Criminality passed April 12 File transfer in Montreal on May 2. Eligibility not started and Security not started. ( based on GCMS notes ordered on May 28 and received on June 28. I called today to know the status of eligibility and security but the agent on the phone kept saying the file is still in process. He did not want to give me any more information. I am still waiting on the GCMS notes ordered on July 17.

Montreal takes 7/8 months at a minimum. So brace yourself for a longer wait.

Is there anyone waiting for PPR after application being approved? My application approved 3 weeks ago but still no email. I m completing 1 year in 15 days. Can’t believe they said 6 months for express entry.
