No ghost update. It changed to background in progress when I got request letter.

Yes it's Montréal. Since it's inland may be its taking time. Inland get interview mail.

It seems from the conversations Montreal is notoriously slow.

Going by the current trends, can anyone of you predict the best case, average case, and worst case PPR timeline?

5.5months since transfer

My AOR is 17th Sept and transfer date 22nd of Nov. So, going by the current trend, I should be chilling for another 1 month!

Did you have any ADR before and submitted documents for it, then the update might have been for marking those documents as received. Not sure, just guessing.
