I think i found it, my eligibility was done on 2018/11/1 office montreal.
file transferred to montreal on 2018/9/27.
based on this which date should i consider for the 6 month mark as per montreal standards ?
Just a wild guess, you will probably hear something 3rd week of Feb. Since mine was July 16 and I heard from days back

I agree to this. I would also say mid Feb or earlier if you're lucky. My guess is 19 Feb.

It is not far off but as it gets closer you will start checking account more :)
i wish i could do that, the problem is i have applied through a consultant, therefore i do not have access to it.
Instead i would just call up IRCC when i am closer to 3rd week of feb.

Hi everyone! As maverick1982 and Adeife23 already mentioned, I called an agent this afternoon after logging into my account and finding a ghost update. The agent told me my file was approved! =) She also told me that it could take from a few days up to a month for me to receive the Request Letter in my e-mail, as they control the quantity of PPRs dispatched. So all I gotta do now is wait (as usual haha).

My timeline is the following:
- AoR July 16th (FSW-Inland) - 2 people (me + wife);
- Passed medicals on August 3rd;
- File moved to Montreal on August 23rd;
- GCMS notes received on November 28th mentioned the last update in my account was a recommendation from a case analyst, in which he stated the following: eligibility recommended passed, criminality in progress and security not started. The date of the recommendation was of September 7th.
- Ghost update on January 24th. Called next morning, agent told: eligibility passed, criminality passed and security in progress.
- Ghost update today, in the afternoon. Called agent right away: all passed and application approved.

That's all, folks! Thank you all for the support, for sharing information and answering my questions! Your support has helped me bunches. I hope everybody's wait ends ASAP. Good luck! =)

Is there any photo request for inland folks? Get it ready if it's needed!

:D:D:D:D yes Cansha has moved his analytical skills from just giving analysis to giving guesstimates and mentioning dates. Impressive!! Vegas would be a good spot for him indeed, hopefully he would share some money with us LOL

Hi guys,

I have some good news to share with everyone regarding my application. I spoke to CIC agent on Jan 15th and they informed me that all my status are passed on that day and should expect a confirmation of approval within two weeks (although she didn’t confirm it was approved but was 99% certain).

I called again few minutes ago as I haven’t received any email and was congratulated that my application was approved on the 15th of January and I should wait for an email confirmation of this as it could take up to 30 days from the approval date.

So glad it has finally come to an end. Just a matter of waiting now. My AOR is May 7, 2018 - Inland applicant. 2 applicants (myself and my wife).

Wishing everyone a quick and favourable response.
