Alright! I called cic yesterday. The agent said Eligibility passed, criminality passed and security is going on. Later, I checked my cic account everything is still same (in process) but there is a new document called Request Letter. This letter says

"The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the
following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if
applicable, permanent residence visa."

I am still recovering after reading that letter...:D:D

There won't be any golden email per se. You will get an email saying there is an update in account. In my case the email came in about 6/7 hours later. I think when their batch runs. So, you have a golden letter in your account and you will get a notification much later.

Woooow @sam.m Congratulations. I am really happy for you. I am sure you must have heave a big sigh of relief

Two PPRs from Montreal today and its still half day. Nice!
Thank you @Adeife23.

For all, I would definitely suggest to call them and ask specifically for Eligibility, Criminality, and Security. I was reading the other thread and I guess tobs mentioned this about asking them specific questions. Not sure, if calling them helped my case. But worth a try.

Oh..okay then it makes sense. Initially, I was skeptical and kept rereading that letter just to make sure it is what it is.

@cansha the Aug AOR guy who got PPR said his file was transfered to Montreal on the 20th of September and Analyst commented on his eligibility on the 22nd of October..

This particular case makes the theory wanting because my file and many other files were transferred way before his
