I see a difference in the status message of my application. Can someone please tell me if this means something ?
(However, Background check is the same. "We will send you a message when we start your background check")

Couple of weeks ago:

"We are processing your application. we will send a message if there is an update or if we need more information from you.
You may not hear from us for a little while. this is normal.Most of the progress to your application happens closer to the estimated completion date."

Most recent status:

Mine is the same, it does not mean anything. Montreal will not update anything until your 6 month mark has passed. a lot of June AOR got Ip2 and PPR at the same time exactly on the 6 month day.

You should order GCMS notes and that would tell you more information. CIC account status will tell you nothing, sometime even call center agent wont be able to tell you anything except what is on your account status, because it has been a while the VO last touched your file.

Thanks for responding! Wow that's great! So, did you generate the Fedex shipping label yourself for shipping from US -> CA? When I ask in FedEx stores in DFW area, they all say they cant ship to a PO Box.

Yeah I created the both onward and return labels online. In fact, the store cannot create the return label for you. You should open a FedEx online account to create a return label.

I wonder how much money is going to flow out of US to Canada. Hopefully all of the people are loaded here and will enrich Canada. It will definitely put some sense into the US once theres a recession as I expect much larger group of people moving out , many with PR are playing waiting game now
