Hey guys! I got my GCMS note, and it says that Criminality Spouse: Review Requires - Pending Outstanding PC A11.2: Appears Met, since 20/07. But, I sent the police check since 26/06. I called CIC and the agent said was that when the notes were taken, the document was pending. Anyone had a similar situation?

My notes were ordered on Oct 16th. My Office is Montreal, as well.

Welcome. They have currently started working on June AORs so we are hoping they can get to July next month

It appears that when the person did your R10 check your PCC was outstanding. Check the date of the R10 check on notes. This would be the activity just before eligibility check.

Seems like your eligibility was done on 20/07 and eligibility was met which is the biggest hurdle. If PCC is still shown outstanding in notes it's probably because file may not have been touched since eligibility test which is not uncommon for Montreal. Depending on you AOR your file may be likely touched in coming 2 weeks and when the senior visa officer has a look he will probably find your uploaded PCC. So, it should not be an issue.

If you want you can raise a CSE and explain again that you have provided the PCC on a later date.

You can order another set if you like but given your eligibility is recommended pass it won't really serve any purpose. Montreal has shown a trend of sitting on files without any reason till month 5+ after initial eligibility check. Ordering GCMS notes won't really hasten the process. But if it gives you peace of mind do order them.
