Yes anything before 5.5 months ... one should consider it pure luck. But the issue with Montreal is that they wont even send ADR before month 6. And that is not an ideal situation. So it is better to order GCMS notes just to be sure you are not required to provide any more documentation.
Any insight from your notes about your application?

Yes that is clear. Our assumption is that we FSW candidates may not have same priority as Quebec immigration applications for them
I doubt they care about Quebec immigration either if they don't speak French . It's unacceptable that they wait so long for ADR. How do we proactively upload documents if we see something in notes?

Hi All,

Just came across this thread. I am s FSW-O candidate and my VO is Montreal too.

Timeline

AOR - 13 June 2018
MEP – 28 June 2018
IP1 – 28 June 2018

I have received no updates since then. This seems to be taking forever.
Your dates are same like mine!!

AOR - August 10, newborn in terms of the speed of Montreal VO, but ordered GCMS on October 16, just to see if they have even touched my file.

Your eligibility is likely done by Oct 16. So hopefully you will see details about your eligibility.

Really? Last time I called them about 20 days ago they said nothing has been started on my file. I am at least hoping to see eligibility started on the notes.

With Montreal nothing can be said for sure. I'm saying it based on GCMS notes of other members. So wait for the notes to arrive and hope for the best!
