Hello to all! People who ordered multiple GCMS notes, would you please kindly share your experience? Many people say that Montreal vo tend to not updating GCMS notes at all until the final update, is that true? Did you find changes in your Notes, were there any comments/notes created by an officer on the last few pages? I ordered it once (3 months after my AoR), it only contains the notes created by a program assistant, not an officer. After that, no news.

I am FSW-O, Dec 8, 2020 AOR. Received GCMS notes in June and only criminality/medical passed and info sharing in progress, everything else not started. The processing of all FSW-O applications is taking a long time unfortunately.

I roughly analyzed data from the Immitracker website and it seems like the Montreal VO:

- Analyzed most CEC applications received on and before February 2021.
- Is currently processing CEC applications received between March and May 2021.
- Approximate processing time is: 150 days

- Analyzed most FSW applications received on and before January 2020.
- Is currently processing FSW applications received between February and August 2020.
- Approximate processing time is: 500 days

That is great observation, thank you.
I saw some good news in other threads (March/April AoR 2021, March 2021 Montreal VO etc.) , it seems Montreal is finalizing 3rd-week March AoR (CEC stream) .

Hey thank you for doing this analysis, it likely gives some idea about possible timelines for FSW-O candidates.

Considering the rounds of invitations for FSW in the last 2 years, I suppose they will go fast through the March to August FSW applications as there was a pause in invitations just after the pandemic hit.

In the chart below, the blue line shows the number of ITAs for FSW candidates each month and the black line shows the estimated number of applications that were submitted considering that the applicants had 60-90 days to apply after their invitation.

Thus, the volume of new applications was lower between May and August 2020. They will finish those months fast.
I am AOR Dec 2020, so I do not have much hope of getting my CoPR anytime soon.

Nice Analysis, since the volume of FSW applications b/w May and August 2020 were low, it would make sense if they got to post-August 2020 AORs sooner. I too am a Dec 2020 AOR (FSW-O). I'm still fairly optimistic that they will finish evaluating all 2020 AORs by the end of the year
