Based on Montreal’s blazing performance I would say wait at least 3 months if you can.

I ordered mine from gcmsbuddy.com. They were the cheapest.

AOR 5th May 2018
MEP/IP2 on 15th May with ADR for RCMP. ADR submitted on 25th May and since then it just says your documents have been uploaded....

Ordered gcms notes on 22nd July so let's see what comes up.

I called IRCC yesterday and was informed that my case is being processed at Montreal office (never heard of but nice to find this thread). Was surprised my eligibility is still review recommended (or maybe she said eligibility review recommended). My AOR is 04/27, applying from the US. It seems quite a few people here are stuck with eligibility review.

I called CIC to check the status of my application. The agent informed me the same status that i got on my previous call (which was over a month ago). Eligibility is in progress, he said they are still reviewing it and i have nothing to worry about. LOL

MY AOR is June 10th folks :)

Yes seems like Montreal visa office specialty to keep people waiting at first stage.
