Seconded. Montreal sucks..I think the majority of people living in the US have their files reviewed in Ottawa. Ottawa is a lot faster for US based FSW Outland.

thanksYes photo but no passport. But I think copy of passport is needed.
I don't know answers to these as I didn't submit there. But, I have read that their phone helpline is useful and they answer all the questions. May be something to explore in case you don't get any responses here. Can someone confirm the following for VFS New York PPR submission -
- Is the package transmission fee ($19.99) per applicant? We're 2 adults and a toddler.
- Do we need to pay any other fee except the package transmission fee?
- VFS New York webpage states to send a prepaid return label. PPR letter states that it will be returned via USPS first class mail and only to send the return label if we need priority/express service. Can someone clarify?
- TTS consent form per applicant or per file?
- Need to submit passport (copy for visa exempt citizen), 2 photos/applicant, TTS consent form, PPR letter, money order/applicant, anything else?

I will like to know what was your status in Canada and the documents you submitted as proof of status. Thanks
@FindingAtm thanks for the reply. I wish you the very bestThank you.
I was a visitor when i applied. Extended my stay in November and returned to my home country in April. So for the ADR, i submitted copies of my boarding pass and the entry stamp in my passport for when i returned home.
Thank you. I finally got CoPR without needing CSQ.Could be an error. Call the IRCC number and clarify. You don't need CSQ as FSW applicant.
