Still waiting patiently. Got a ghost update earlier this week and called next day and was told Eligibility passed but ADR request would be sent soon for consent of unaccompanying spouse. Got the form for this online. Would raise a CSE and send the documents toms.
Trying to be as patient as possible.
Good luck man. I hope your wait ends soon.

I am fsw-inland.

My file first started off in Sydney, they sent it to montreal after 2 months. In montreal it gathered dust for 4 months without being touched. Finally moved to Hamilton. I had an RCMP request. And once I submitted RCMP my file was approved in a week. however I went to my local MP to get my landing expedited. Otherwise was being told that it.might take 2-6 weeks from approval to get an appointment
Thanks for the info! Congratulations on your PR!

Hello everyone! Mine is Montreal office (Inland applicant) too & I've been waiting for like more than 7 mos. now. Got my notes & everything looks fine- eligibility recommended passed but security not started yet. I'm trying to be patient as much as I can coz I know it's going to be worth it after all. Right?! haha best regards to all!

Hello and congratulations! Was wondering how long was it from AOR to PPR if you don't mind?

Hi,
Just got to know that our application is moved to Montreal VO.
Based on the discussions on this thread so far, i understand the processing time exceeds 6+ months in Montreal VO.

Can someone confirm if that is the case with all types of applications.. i.e FSW Inland or FSW Outland ?

Yes, it is extremely rare (although it has happened) for people to get PPR within 6 months if their VO is Montreal

FSW O is 6-7 months. Inland may get delayed even more. Somehow inland applications have to wait longer in Montreal

Thanks for sharing this info. I'm thinking about getting my MP involved for a while now but wasn't sure that it can actually help. My file is sitting approved for more than 6 weeks now. After seeing this I know what to do :)

Congratulations and good luck in your journey as PR.

Interestingly enough, this might be the best time for MP office to get involved. After all, a decision has already been made, so why not give an appointment? This is the line of argument your MP office might use too.
