Congratulations to guys who got their PR these days! I can imagine the relief and excitement you must feel!
Bravo, and good luck with everything that's coming your way!

I do have a question regarding my situation, though.
Here's info:
FSW-Inland, 2 applicants
VO Montreal
CRS: 462 (round min. 441)
AOR: 25 Sep, 2018
Estimated completion date: 25 Mar, 2019
Medical passed/ IP2/ Last update: 23 Oct, 2018
Status: BC processing
Call agent data (6 March, 2019): Eligibility - RR, Criminality - in process, Security - not started + to call back after 13 Jul, 2019
GCMS: requested 26th Feb, 2019 (should receive sometimes by the end of March)

In regards to the conversation I had with CIC agent yesterday, I've asked is there any specific reason why was 13th July dated as time I could/should call back, the agent said there's none. He, of course, added that they are overwhelmed, but also that should keep checking my profile and react if something changes/additional info is requested.
My partner and I are currently in Canada on our extended visitor record statuses/visas, which will expire soon - we are thinking about going back to our homecountry, notifying CIC about the change of address and simply wait for the PR to be concluded while we are there.
We should get our first GCMS (thanks to the suggestions of good folks from this forum) a week after our estimated completion date - lol / crying - and will try our best and proactivlly submit additional documents or explanation to whatever the reason is for our eligibility is review required.
We even thought about (both of us) applying for another Working Holiday (one year open work permit) from back home (dependant already started her app and needs to do the biometrics for the continuation of the WH process), and if we do get the visas, we would go back to Canada, and work till the final decision for the PR app would be made.

I would appreciate tremendously if someone could confirm whether going back home would jeopardize possible positive outcome to our application? Or would it just prolong the processing time?
Has anyone ever lost their status as primary applicant while being in Canada/ waited for PR process to be completed, and was there negative consequence?
I am aware that every case is different/ depending on the reasons for RR, but I would regain my sanity if I could have some confirmation that although you/ someone had their application in RR, they did get PR in the end?
Has anyone ever gotten WH permit while having their PR app in process, and then successfully got PR?

I am terrified.
Thanks for reading.

Hey mate... my situation is similar to yours in that the agent told me to call only after June 14th. This was in late January. No apparent reason. Looks like they're just trying to reduce the number of calls.

If your AOR is late September then you'll probably hear back from them in mid to late June most like, as processing times for inland applicants range between 7.5 - 8 months nowadays.

Hi all, please does anyone have the contact email address for Montreal Visa Office? 48 days left for me, even though the CIC agent says all is well with my application.
Thanks
raise a CSE it will reach them. but most likely they wont respond if you timeline is less than 6 month.
And for most of us who were more than 6 month and all we got back is generic templates replies. so it is useless anyway.

the avg processing time for Montreal is currently 6.5-7 month. I did not get until 7.5 month. best of luck. Please be patient.

Superb. Congrats buddy. Enjoy the moment
Thanks man,

I actually got really sick last night, and it all came down to me. After 6 hours of sweat and tears, I am all better now.

Time to recap and get ready for the next adventure in life.

Cheers

Okay. Thanks so much. Just weighing my options in the unlikely event that I don't receive my PPR by the end of April. Cheers.

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows what is the latest AOR(outland applicants that didn't get transferred to Ottawa) that got PPR and when did they get it. I am just trying to analyze how much longer I will have to wait in best case scenario.

They seem to have transferred applications from mid September and beyond, so I'd say early September is still with them.

Hi Cansha and everyone,

I got my GCMS notes today. Just wanted to ask if you know what IC means? So mine was RR for work experience and I sent in additional documents. Employment reference letters received...please see IC for further details.

Getting worried now. Dont know what else to do. May I also know what I should look into when reading the notes?

Thanks!

So I finally received my second GCMS notes this morning. I found out that an analyst worked on my file on the 30th of January. I have been trying to post the notes here ( I don’t know if it’s a conceptual block issue on my part- I never seem to learn how to do this).

I have a reviewed required by the analyst. The first review required was by a program assistant done last year November.

@cansha and all gurus in the house. Please I will need your expertise and experience to guide me through the long notes. Once I get around uploading it.

Quick question. Is it possible to navigate the upload with a phone?o_O

I was having lunch then an email showed up. Logged into the forum to look for your post. lol. Now reading through it and I can't understand what IC means.
