Any idea why would they ask again for those stuffs?Your help is highly appreciated.
I got work experience points from my previous company. However, this company had closed few years ago.
Received a mail from IRCC, asking me to provide with an up-dated letter of employment and pay-stubs for all the years i have worked in that company.
1. Can I just contact my previous manager and ask him for the reference letter?
2. Should I have to provide all pay stubs or just a few from each quarter year should be sufficient ?
Thank you very much.
Oh yeah i heard about the same, was not clear how exactly it works. Sorry about itWell, it used to happen in the past that passport is required for all inland. Nowadays, it seems IRCC randomly select inland applications that will land at a local office. They termed this "Pilot Program" as they are testing out the benefits of an applicant landing at the nearest local IRCC rather than having to travel to a boarder which they think is more demanding. However, it turns out that going to the boarder might be more beneficial as it expedites the landing process unlike having to wait for 6 weeks (in some cases up to 8 weeks as some centers claim to be very busy).
Seems everything about Canada is associated with "WAIT"..................Crazy!!!
DependsI know that Montreal is bad luck ?
Again depends on what is bad luck according to you.Is it? I
If you would have read just 2-3 pages back you would know what to expect. Other way is to click the link in my signature which will take you the list of Montreal cases we know on this forum. If any of you guys could help me when to expect what ,I would appreciate that

So yes now knowing this .. if 6 months is your target than Montreal may not be unlucky. You need to wait till Jan though given current trend.Okay what I got from looking 2-3 pages back is that those who r lucky ..gets it in 5.5 months!
bad luck to me...is a real delay, i mean beyond 6 months
Eligibility is in progress till COPR is printed so that is not an indication of progress. If agent said eligibility is in progress than it may mean many things. Montreal doesn't update online accounts so best way of knowing what is happening is GCMS notes. So wait till your notes arrive.my eligibility is "in progress" security and criminality haven't started yet, seems no AD would be required.... as the CIC agent said, I also ordered GCMs on October 5th, and yet to receive!
Oh..really , i thought eligibility in progress means: appears met !Not at all. If it felt that way .. sorry for that.

Welcome to the forum. We are looking at late Jan or early February for July AOR based on trends. But who knows, there may be a miracle in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed.Oh..really , i thought eligibility in progress means: appears met !

Did you use getgcms or gcmsbuddy for ordering of notes?
I don't know anyone who used them so I am not sure how long it takes for them. I know people who used getgcms and got between the 30th-35th day. I have also seen some people who used the other one being delayed.I've ordered them through the official site of CIC ..ATIP.. Um outlander ,but I filled a consent form for a friend there in Canada..
thanks...& yes, may be there would be a miracle!
they have just replied to my complaint concerning the delay!, and they apologized due to high volume, and that they flagged my request as a priority..let us seeI don't know anyone who used them so I am not sure how long it takes for them. I am not sure if it has to do with Montreal itself or just backlogs. Expecting mine this week, lets see what happens
