Montreal students getting PPR ?

I have applied on December end and IRCC showing that they are reviewing files from dec 27th to jan 2nd.
They started doing this on 6th April. I should have got my result if they are considering applications but I applied for Montreal college. I would like to know anybody who applied for Quebec colleges got PPR recently.
