In the P1 email I had a pdf, Which asked for

I did not specify address in my P1 response and got P2 as well. Only P2 asked for address
When you got yours then they probably updated the template. If that's the case, you should have followed their requested template.

Can someone confirm for first point Name as per the passport, do we need to specify which is given name and which is surname or you guys wrote just full name?
