Hi . I got my portal 1 on 31 July replied on same day. Till date haven’t received portal 2. I send individual email to Ircc on 30 August .they ask for portal 1 information again. Please suggest ?

call them and check if they have received you reply to portal 1, also do a webform explaining that you replied yet have not received portal 2, that's what I did and got portal 2 same day I called.
